If you feel shame when you want to take some time for yourself, then you're not alone.  As I've experimented with adding journaling to my routine over the past two weeks, I also uncover the shame I feel when I take pause to write.  In my mind, it "shouldn't" be a big deal, so why exactly is it I carry shame around this one simple self-care routine?
