Show Notes

It's finally here - the first episode!

I'm still trying to figure this out, but it's all part of the process, right?

On this episode, you'll hear some of the backstory behind why I wanted to start this podcast.

Being visibly Asian comes with many expectations and cultural norms which don't always "allow" for speaking our weaknesses or struggles. I'll also talk about what it's meant for me to navigate with undiagnosed ADHD while being grouped into a stereotype, and how it lead to shame, guilt, and wondering where I fit in.
